THE HEAVIEST SONG / RIFF! It’s plainly obvious, we are going to talk about it… that what we do on this crazy / insane website. You maybe wondering, what is the heaviest song on Earth? Gather around, grab an ice cold beverage, and let’s talk about it.
Many many moons ago, before I was born… in the year of 1975, there was a band from England that disturbed the peace with their awesome ground breaking music. Of course I’m referring to the almighty heavy metal legends, Black Sabbath. I know, Black Sabbath dates back to the late 60s… but it wasn’t until 1975 that the heaviest song / riff on Earth was written. This song is so heavy, it somehow disrupted the Earth’s gravitational pull.
The song I’m referring to is so special that you will want to listen to the little intro to the track. The heaviest song on this rock is, “Don’t Start (Too Late)” and “Symptom Of The Universe”. That’s right, Geezer Butler, Tony Iommi, Ozzy Osbourne, and Bill Ward put together a masterpiece. The guitar riff alone basically created heavy metal… I could be wrong, but I could be right.
The lyrics are just something from out of this world when it comes to creativity. The tune is fast, it’s slow, it’s heavy, it’s perfect. The next time you’re at the record store, grab yourself a copy of Black Sabbath’s “Sabotage” and clear your schedule because you’re in for a treat.
